Upsetting experience
Upsetting walking in to Macy’s, buying expensive stuff, couple days later finding out the same item has a better price, than finding a policy which says : Yes. If the price of your item drops within 10 days of your order date, you can request a price adjustment and receive a refund of the difference. But I can’t get it even that I have the receipt and I payed with a card, because some rude agent telling over the phone that it is for online purchase only. Not fair. Macy’s suppose to do better.
