I got this over a month ago and it’s been helping me so much at night I only take it at night because I was afraid of it making me feel drowsy during the day while taking care of my toddler but it’s helped me sleep better at night and I have really enjoyed using it and it taste amazing so that was an even bigger plus!

I bought this several weeks ago to see if would help me relax and sleep. I deal with anxiety and when trying to sleep my mind goes in a million different directions. I have tried prescription but do not like the way they make me feel the next day. This product helped me relax and get my anxiety under control so I could go to sleep. It has a pleasant taste; however, I am diabetic so it tasted a little sweet to me but had no impact on my blood sugar. If you have trouble falling asleep I recommend this product

Loved it, I honestly was super nervous about the taste but it didn’t taste bitter at all. I can definitely tell the difference in my sleep when I take the Kava Kava versus when I don’t. Only qualm I have is when the dropper, it didn’t seem to ever get full with the liquid but not a huge issue.

I have been using Kava Kava about an hour before I go to bed for about 2 weeks and have been enjoying very restful nights. I’m waking up early and refreshed. I really enjoy the taste of the product as well. I will definitely be buying this product in the future.

I got this a month ago but I haven't been able to write a review due to a failing laptop. This product Lavender taste is very good, so good you can take it straight off the bottle. It does have a calming effect as it says. Thank you!
