The Counter Lock system on the rear of the boot prevents heel slippage. The interior is equipped with performance features to keep your feet comfortable all shift long. Armed with the Georgia Waterproof system, your feet will stay dry when working in wet conditions. A soft lining protects the waterproof membrane. Your feet will rest upon the AMP LT memory foam insole, providing customized cushioning.

Amazing Boot With Some Drawbacks
Let me start off by saying these are by far the best boot I have ever had hands down. Ive had many different Redwings, Carolinas, and others. None have broken in as fast, kept my feet dry or performed quite like these boots. That being said, I do not understand why they wouldn't just add a pull tab on the back for putting on. Without it, it makes it 4x harder to put them on since it is such a perfect fit for me. The tread is wide to easily clean mud off and is perfect for sloppy conditions. Ive bought 2 pairs of these over a couple years and other than the pull tab prolem, both of them had the inner lining separate by the heal making them hard to take off too. Amazing boot for me just needs tweaking. Will buy again!

First and last pair of Georgia boots
Purchased these boots late July/early August 2025. Mid December 2025 stitching on the heal cup of one boot has torn out, the leather on the heal cup of the other boot has worn through. Both treads have worn the lugs completely off the middle of the tread. Both boots have multiple cracks in the soles. I will never be buying another pair of Georgia boots.

Horrible boot
Bought these two months ago and the stitching had already gave out. Absolute dog meat of a boot. Quality is buns. Don’t expect these to last for more than 6 months. These boots aren’t capable of handling manly work.

Great boots, but...
These boots are going to be great. Brand new, so no idea of durability yet, but they are sure made very well. And fit like a glove - the fit on my feet before I lace them up is outstanding.
However, I almost sent them back. Why? Because of "pinch points", for lack of a better name, at the front bend of the ankle, worse on the inside, right below a lace hook. The leather seemed to "bunch up and dig into my ankle when I flexed it. See pictures for location.
I wore these boots for more than 10 hours in the house, breaking them in and working on the leather at each of the pinch points, to get the leather to be more flexible and pain free. The boots were otherwise fully broken in for me - no other pain points - and did I say already - fit like a glove!!
Once I fixed the pinching, I applied a high quality beeswax boot conditioner. Now they ready to go!

Best boots out there.
Every other boot has a break in period. These do not. They are comfortable from the minute you put them on. I’m on my third pair. My company pays for a new pair every year. Love them.
