Perfect!
After a recent hospital stay, I was told I am borderline anemic. So I did my homework and decided to add iron to my diet. Every pill I tried was very harsh on my digestive system. Too many belly problems.
Because this is ferrous fumigate and not saccharate, it caused intestional issues. I also missed the sugar coating on my other iron pills.

Effective supplement
I bought these because of symptoms of low iron, like fatigue, spooning and weak fingernails, etc. I took them for two months and things improved. Went off for two months and symptoms returned. Now I’m back to adding this into my routine. They taste great and the most important part for me is there’s no cellulose capsule!
