Levtex Home Florina Reversible 3-Pc. Duvet Cover Set, King

I placed an order on 6/16. It shipped out on 6/18. It showed it moved in 2 cities in California, then made it to Texas on 6/20. It did not move for 5 days. I contacted Macy's and was told that "supposedly" my order had to come from a "different" warehouse. Which doesn't make any sense considering I was able to see that it had been shipped out and moved between 3 different cities & 2 states. I told Macy's I would wait on it to arrive until 7/1. On 6/27 I received an e-mail from Macy's stating that "Your return has been processed". I never agreed to a return. After that, literally within a day, it showed the package moved from Texas back to California. I am extremely disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I received and also very upset that I won't be receiving the bedding that I wanted. Luckily, I found something elsewhere and was able to receive it in just 3 days.

I love the duvet cover; however, it arrived with a hole in it and unfortunately I didn’t notice it before washing the item. If you purchase this item, I suggest inspecting it closely

I chose not to place it on our bed because I thought the fabric was a little scratchy. The packaging was pretty and allowed you to get a good idea of the design and feel of the product

I loved the design, it’s very detailed and the color selection is perfect. I’ve only had this set for a few weeks but it’s been in the washer already and it’s held pretty good so far. The materials feels very breathable and comfortable. I’m very happy I was able to try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Florina Duvet Cover Set by Levtex Home is elegantly attractive with its white, gray, and blue floral pattern on solid gray background. Made of pure cotton, the feel is that of a soft sheet though thicker and more durable. This duvet and the shams are great for both summer and winter use. We machine washed it with absolutely no issues. We like it in the summer without a comforter inside to keep us cool and the bed airy. We are excited for the winter when we can throw in a comforter and keep this beautiful pattern in our repertoire year-round.
