Simple China made boot that's comfortable
I have bought three pairs of these simple China made leather boots. They are very comfortable and the leather upper outlasts the sole unlike so many other boots I have had in the past. It would be great if they had a longer wearing sole though, I would rate them much higher. They seem to take a lot of outdoor abuse on rocks, logs, wet clay, gravel, running old equipment, ladders, scaffold,etc... I am happy with the price point and the comfort and wear I get out of them.

Not even close to work boots
Very cheaply made boots. These are not made to wear for anything other than trying them on. These stitching is not trimmed inside the boot and will poke and irritate all day. Instep is very tight and makes for a painful slip on and off. The insole might as well not be there because it is as thin as paper. Overall a very uncomfortable boot and not made for real all day work and wear.

Great company to work with exchanges.
My son tried this boot in 3 different sizes. The company was amazing to work with me on exchanging however every size we tried. My son nor my husband whi wears the same size were able to get the right boot on....in all 3 sizes including trying wide . At this point we just dont want to even go through the return/exchange process. We are trying to stretch the right boot to be able to put it on as the left one fits perfectly. Just find it strange all 3 pairs of boots they were unable to get only the right boot on....foot would not even go down in it.

Good boot but lower quality than the original Rope
It's a good boot but does not compare to the Original roper. It's less comfortable and the workmanship is not the same. It runs half size bigger like the Roper

Pretty good!
Boots are pretty comfortable and I think they are a great value for the price I paid. The leather is soft and I’m not worried about my calves chafing like I was with another boot brand I tried.

Nice Boots.
Boots fit great with plenty of space (I did order a wide size for my foot). So far they feel great when walking. I can't comment on longevity/durability at this time as they have only been worn a handful of times. I know the negative reviews seem to mention the quality, I will update if I have any issues. I also got them on a crazy sale so the value for the money was well worth it.

Seemed built ok but could never get my foot in size 12. too tight in the collar. Have not found the right foot type to give it too.

poor design makes impossible to put on
They look fine, but the area above the arch is so low that it would take 3 men and a donkey to pull them all the way on.
