Please Be Aware

Disappointment with the Professional Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner Machine, which I purchased in June 2025. Since its purchase, the machine has been used only approximately five times throughout the year and has been handled with care. However, on June 6, 2026, I discovered that the product had ceased vibrating, which is an essential function required for the cleaning process. As a result, the machine is no longer able to perform as intended. I expected a product of this nature and quality to have a significantly longer lifespan than just one year, especially considering its limited use. I am therefore extremely dissatisfied with its performance and reliability.

Magnasonic Ultrasonic Cleaner

I was really impressed with this product. My diamond engagement ring looks brand new again. My husband was amazed that his wristwatch could look so sparkly. It only took five minutes for these types of results.
