Best work boots I've ever owned. During the 2-week break in period, I nearly gave up on them, but I'm really glad I didn't. My shins hurt like heck initially, but one day it just quit. I am using Georgia Boot CC5 insoles, which may be partly why I would say the foot bed is wonderful. I also end up working in water a lot and they are indeed water proof.
The good: Mildly oversized steel toe cap gives lots of room (I prefer wider though). Excellent industry standard Vibram soles. Strong Goodyear welted construction, to make resoling easy anywhere. Good feeling leather quality. Overall feeling is high quality & heavy duty. The bad: Overall fit was slightly loose, I test wore them with my normal work socks && insoles from other boots. The steel caps used are roomy, but still had some ruubbing; I had a little pain on the outside of 1 boot. Some heel slip, that would likely not improve with break-in. BULKY, these boots look like insulated hunting boots - but they aren't. HEAVY-duty, these are serious stompers, probably best suited for outdoor demolition work; I'm pretty sure I could kick through the walls of my neighbor's house with them. Conclusion: I returned them, the process was normal, and took 10 days for a refund. They're not a bad HEAVY-DUTY choice, if you can catch them on sale, and you have plenty of time to break them in properly.
Ive been running this boots for the last 2yrs for work, today I replaced them with another pair of georgia boots. My old boots, worn, but still completely usable, I just wore the shank out with all the ladder work I do so I dont have much support to the soles when on the ladder after 2yrs. Im retiring these boots to my general get out and get dirty, broken in boots that I can still rely on
I've had these boots for 7 years now. I have used them for tower climbing and hunting and they have been great, except for the squeak. After trying powder that helped for a bit what ended up working long term for me was getting new insoles.
Good boots for the price.Some break in for me but decent boot overall
Comfortable right out of the box. I'm 6'1" and 285 no problems being in them and on my feet for 14 hours a day. I've worn them everyday since they arrived. Excellent craftsmanship, no loose threads or wonky stitches. Very happy with these boots. Don't hesitate on these! Fit is prety close to shoe size, ordered my regular size and they fit amazingly. Only wish they were made in the USA.

I bought these boots last fall. Not my everyday wear but only for clearing brush and small timber on some weekends. I noticed the other day my lace had come untied after walking in brush all morning. When I retied, I noticed one of the eyelet broke out. Other than that ok boot. Probably won’t buy again
Out of the box these boots fit well and have not been lengthy on the break-in. These are exactly how I would design a work boot. The Vibram sole makes this my top choice when purchasing a work boot. Thanks for making it just this way. Much appreciated.
