NEVER RECEIVED SELLER NON RESPONSIVE

Apparently, Macy's is saying I have to wait 5 days to hear from this seller - I ordered this shirt, and I never received it. The tracking just stopped - it said delayed, then stopped, and has not been updated in days. The seller is not responding. I am a PLATINUM MACY'S CARD HOLDER and I cannot believe Macy's is not refunding my money for this. It is not acceptable. Think I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future if Macy's cannot stand behind their sellers/products.

Listen, when I say you won’t be disappointed, I mean it. The quality and craftsmanship of these suit jackets/pants/ shirts are exceptional; they are crafted to perfection. Every detail has been thoughtfully addressed. Whether it's for church, a special occasion, graduation, or a wedding, this is the ideal suit for any young man. I just wish they made suits for older teens as well.
