So far so good. I have only worn these boots for about an hour. At first they seemed snug but only after the first 30 minutes I noticed that they felt very comfortable and snug as in a good way.
We ordered these to replace a different brand of Snake boots and they did not disappoint us at all. They fit well right out of the box, feel very good on your feet and legs too. I hope to never have to test them out against a viper but... I think they will do the job and then some. I do like the looks of them too. They don't make your feet look real big when looking at them from the side or down on them. I like them, very much.
They feel good and light in the foot and for us turkey hunters they are perfect, but there is one flaw the foam that is in the heal is not glued in and as you put your foot in the foam will bunch up as you put the boot on and make the boot uncomfortable. They need to get with us hunters and do a survey on what we want and need in a snake boot and not just design one where they think it will work
Our first pairs of snake boots ever and they are very impressive. Tall and comfortable to wear. When trying it on for the first time they were very firm, but break in with use. They lace up tight. The problem if there is one, is that it can be difficult to unlace after a long day.
I was skeptical these would fit as they are medium width and I have extremely narrow (AA) feet and low profile as well (less than 2" at the tallest part of my foot) I also have very skinny legs. I do still have too much room in the toe box of these, but an extra pair of thick socks will help there. But I am able to lace these tight enough to be snug on my legs and tight enough my feet don't flop around in them! They are comfortable out of the box, I feel like I can hike around in them and not have any sore spots or blisters. I am phobic of snakes and bought these simply for peace of mind when walking around my property after finding a rattlesnake last year. First one in 10 years so hopefully I won't see one for another 10 but I'm prepared in case I do!
Have yet to use them waiting for season to open. They look very nice and are very light weight. use rocky for deer hunting too so have no doubt they will suit my needs. Thanks rocky for making such good boots for the outdoors.
They fit perfectly, first day wearing them I walked 5 miles, no issues with my feet. Will see how many years they will last with no water leaks and coming apart due to glue issues.
Blowing up someone’s email for a review after they’ve made TWO dissatisfied returns is a bold move. I was going to let it go, but since I continue to receive review requests, here we go! Firstly, there is no consistency to this product. They are clearly made overseas where the fitment guide/standard is out of whack. Size 9.5 were too small and 10 were too big (same sock and same foot). The glue/stitch work is sloppy and overall craftsmanship is subpar. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive ones you are looking at. Not these. Buy once cry once!
After hearing great things about these boots i decided to check them out.Rocky offered me a great discount on these boots too. I have zero complaints so far, been in the mud, creeks, and ridges. They are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. They are LIGHT!
Most comfortable boot I have ever owned I will definitely be getting my son a pair for Christmas
