love these shoes! very comfortable, does run small.

Wrong sz and they look used and have an adhesive on bottom sole which makes the shoe so uncomfortable cause it stinks to every step on floor as you walk

I bought this 1 week ago and loves it. It’s classy, beautiful and just the right heel height I was looking for.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of these Coach shoes. I paid a significant amount of money for what I expected to be a high-quality product, but the sole and heel are dangerously slippery. I nearly fell while wearing them, which is completely unacceptable. Although the shoes are comfortable and look nice, the lack of proper traction on the sole and heel is a major safety issue. A reputable brand like Coach should ensure that its footwear provides adequate grip and stability on normal walking surfaces. I believe this is a serious quality concern, and I would like this matter addressed with an appropriate resolution.
