COACH Women's Houston Suede Ballet Flats

Macy’s and the Associate that had the nerve to send these shoes out in this horrible condition needs to be retrained in quality control, simply unacceptable. Not only are they filthy, but they smell horrible with dirt from the individuals sweaty feet left inside the shoes. I’m not understanding why or how anyone would accept this as a return. You can clearly see that they have been worn. Truly upset by the fact that I can only post 3 photos because that doesn’t provide enough detail of how bad the shoes really are. I would not only recommend this product. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Cute light flat only issue I have is that the run big , recommend downsizing also they wear out easily I only wore these flats 3 times and they look like I’ve been wearing them for years.

This shoe is cute & comfortable! Definitely read the reviews and size down a half a size. I’m a true size 7.5 and I’m so glad I purchased a size 7 because the shoe truly does run a bit larger. The size 7 I purchased fits me perfectly!

I’ve wanted to purchase these flats for weeks but always sold out in my size in store, finally got them and they are true to size. It does need some getting used to for how flat they are but matches every outfit

The shoe looked worn and has spot on the side the only reason I did not re try run the shoe is because I already had an issue with one return I just didn’t feel like getting into another debate over the quality and service. I’m over it 😣😒

Love the comfortable material, it runs big though I had to get half a size smaller Im an 8 I bought a 7.5. Love them!
