These are more comfortable than I thought they would be. I don't have any issues with the slingback coming off. My only concern its that the bottom of the shoe is made of leather so you would have buy sole protectors or take them to a cobbler. They are beautiful though so it's worth it!

Macys customer service department is terrible! If you call the phone number the reps do not speak English! My order was canceled but the reps nor the executive office could explain why! Therefore, I can’t review the shoes because the order was canceled 2 times by the business department!
