HUGO by Hugo Boss Men's Beazly Coated Puffer Jacket

Hi so I ordered this item and they made me wait for 1 month so when I called them they said we don’t have it anymore

Jacket arrived in damage condition on the upper left hand side Spending so much money and waited too long for this needs to be fixed I don’t see any other jackets like this online / I been with Macy’s for many years but I never experienced anything like this Very disappointing customer service/ delivery (was not handled properly)

I orderd it in the begening of December but it is put on backorder, giving me option to cancel by Jan 22 and no date when or if it will become avaiable. so if I get it by the end of winter, it is useless. So I cancelled it. This XXL was for gift which I cancelled but I orderd one for my self size large, that I received and looks good.

I bought this for my husband.. he’s 6’3.5.. he tried on a XL in the store. The sleeves were too short. Luckily they did have an XXL online so I bought it. The sleeves were just long enough. Usually he wears XL in coats but he’s never worn a puffy jacket before. He liked it a lot .. not too puffy looking. Still warm.. we were walking outside in maybe less than 40 degree weather in NYC.
