Women's Apex Mid Zip Ankle Boot

I love these boot. I live in the country, muddy. I bought them to waer when out walking the dogs the previous pair of hiking boots i had were not waterproof. i wore them in the fall and all winter. They are warm and comfortable. As people have said they can rub on your ankle, i wear a regular crew sock but also wear a thin slipper sock like the ones they give u at the hospital or fuzzy $ store ones so its not irritating to my ankles. i ordered a 7 my usual shoe size and they are roomy enough for the slipper sock for me. only other thing to note, they were a little slippery on our wood deck when shoveling snow or if icy i put ice cleats on.

I am very pleased with these boots. I was surprised by how light they felt on my feet yet they’re really sturdy. Easy to put on and take off. Holds up well to mucking through my heavy wet clay yard while I’m digging new planting beds. Would be good for hiking or fishing trips to the river. I highly recommend these boots.

Got these for the barn b/c no leather paddock boot can take the abuse. Had a false start with a defective zipper, but was quickly and happily replaced. These are OUTSTANDING! Tough and so comfy I frequently forget to switch back into street shoes when I depart. Cosy and dry in cold weather, but still comfy in summer (N. Alabama). No rubs or discomfort. I don’t ride in them as one can in paddock boots, but I didn't ride in the paddock boots (2x cost of these and fell apart within months) either. Would buy again.

I got these mid June to try and get some relief from my plantar Fasciitis , At first i hated them ...They are heavy and just bulky and the heat and humdity in Florida is insane . My right foot became so bad i thought i would have to quit my awesome Dutch Harness Carriage barn job but tired these again with super heavy compression socks i roll down to protect my ankle area from the high neck on these boots and "they work perfect "Then a special upgrade on insoles for my condition . Along with special creams i got through the summer . My boots are wet everyday on the outside and the inside.... well ...sweat is a challenge as well as heat build up . I do have to pull off the boot and sock midday for a few minutes but i can walk out of the barn after 8 steady nonstop hours and not hobble to the truck to get my flip flops on . They keep the water out , sweat dissipates extremely well with the design of the boot and NO foot stink , the toe area is amazing in that i can wiggle my toes and the traction is great without wanting to be to grippy with the rubber matts and grass grabbing you.They are very bulky but deflect those heavy shod hooves when the horses move to close .Worth the money hands down they worked for me and i'll get another summer or two out of them

These boots are great. This is the second pair I've bought. They are my work boots/farm boots through the rainy season. I love the zipper/velcro design for easy on/off. They're warm and comfortable, and very waterproof. After 2 years of constant hard use, the heel joint area cracked but the rest of the boot stayed waterproof. I liked them so much I ordered another pair, and my roommate bought some too. Great boot.

These boots run quite big and are very heavy. Just not my style.

These fit great. I love that they are easy to slip on but also tight enough around the leg to keep dirt/snow out.

My love wanted a comfortable rain boot so I suggested this Apex Mid Zip. She digs it the most, man. The fit is true to size. The material is easy to clean. The wearability is superb.

I wanted a short zip boot I could put my orthopedics in easily that would be warm and waterproof and this boot is perfect. Why not a five then? The cuff of the boot is very rigid and does cut into the front of my leg.
