I really liked this set and ordered for my daughter for her first apartment. Unfortunately they arrived broken. Several pieces broken so I had to return. This is not the first time I have ordered something like this and it arrives in pieces.

Arrived with 4 broken plates . Plates quality is good but if you wanna have it delivered you need to expect it will arrive broken.
I wanted dishes that were not heavy but nice clean white and simple design. Getting use to the bowls but two sizes is good. I should have read the description better - there are no cups.

Purchased this set twice now to replace a set I had bought many years ago. The first set came with broken bowls and I sent the set back. Ordered it again and two plates came chipped. I tried to contact the manufacturer as their card enclosed indicated but not response (either email or by phone). I returned the second set to the store. I would NOT recommend ordering these dishes by email
The product arrived with several broken plates, and I tried to exchange it for another one, but there was no option to do so.
I purchased this dinnerware set for my son’s college apartment, so I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I did open the box and inspect everything and my first impression is very positive. The set looks clean. modern and includes everything needed for everyday meals. The pieces appear well-made and I like that they are dishwasher and microwave, which is convenient for college students. I can’t speak to long-term durability yet but based on the appearance and durability, I’m very happy with this purchase.
One of the bowls came broken probably it needs a better shipping container or the material is cheap
