They're beautiful but missing little ornament

They're beautiful, outside isn't leather but soft type of material. Pretty embellishments on the sides. It has the pretty pearl bowl accessory. The one thing I'm really disappointed about is that they didn't give the strawberry ornament as shown in the photos. If they can send it somehow, they'd be perfect.
