No Macy’s No More! 40+ys
Never received the item or a refund, not even as much as an acknowledgment email reply from Macy’s or Macy’s vendor, what a waist. Macy’s customer service team does not tell the truth when a item is lost, stolen or missing and little to no effort is made to help recover the item)s) or help with a guarantee insurance claim that comes with each mail order. This has happened three times in less than a year. Shame on Macy’s and their Vendors. I still have to pay for items I never received. Perhaps changing carriers might resolve some of this problem.
