The leather quality is actually quite nice, and the heel height is comfortable. The toe box is so elongated that there is about two inches of empty space at the tip. It creates a visual "ski" effect that is anything but subtle. Low Ankle Cut: Because the shaft hits so low on the ankle, there’s no vertical break to balance out the horizontal length of the foot. Nine West leather bootie was rio big for me even in my size. I like a pointy toe but this boot was even more exaggerated than I expected.
