My ankles are constantly slipping out of the ankle holders when the machine is past a certain speed. I have to press my heels into the ankle holders in order to get the correct movement. Pressing my heals into the ankle holders creates tension in my hips and thighs. If the machine is going very slowly, it does better, but I need it to move faster and it doesn’t work well at that point. Also, I’m not sure how the massage function is supposed to be beneficial. When the massage function is on, the machine vibrates and makes a lot of noise. I don’t feel or see how this function adds to the overall performance of the machine. Also, it is definitely worth a consideration for this product to have something to put underneath your knees for support or purchase some knee support of your own. Otherwise, your knees are locked and can be quite painful by the time the use of the machine is concluded.

Bought this to help the tightness in my legs. I work in the hospital and do a lot of walking.

Received the Mediripple Chi Swing Machine. This morning I used for the first time and was a little concerned and will see that happens in the future. I turn on with the remote and 'nothing'. I walked away with a little disgust and when I returned about 5 minutes later it came on ... as stated, will follow this and see if I need to contact customer service.

I have loved everything I have purchased so far from your company. It has been a lot. This however was not what I thought it was. I bought it for my sister who had suffered a stroke. It was too rough.

Very reasonable price for this new machine. My old one broke and I could tell the difference with how I felt. I just started using this and I like it so far. Ankle cradles could be wider, but I like the calf massage feature.
