Wrong sales tax
on page to submit the order Macy's showed correct sales tax, but after clicking place order button it calculated sales tax at VERY high rate. Customer service could not help and also didn't understand the issue. I ended up canceling the order. Be careful.

Very poor customer service!
I ordered a polo shirt with collar . I received a red tshirt. Color too far from color I ordered which was like cream. Do I need to say more! .
