After spending quite some time with Boss Bottled Beyond EDP, I feel confident providing a fair assessment of the fragrance. It’s highly-rated and well-received, and from a technical standpoint, it is a very well-made fragrance. However, depending on your personal taste, the style might feel a little nostalgic. The initial spray hits you with an incredibly realistic, sharp and fiery burst of fresh ginger. The brand actually used a high-tech C02 extraction method to make the ginger smell so crisp and punchy, and it feels very energizing. As it dries down, the sharpness pulls back, and it introduces a clean, smooth suede leather note supported by deep woods. This is where my personal hang-up lies: the dry down carries w classic ultra-masculine powderiness that heavily mirrors the traditional 90s barbershop fragrances. To my nose, it registers a bit dated. It is childhood memories of my father and I think that should say everything. If you prefer modern, unisex, or sweeter gourmand men’s fragrances, this might feel too old school corporate. That being said, the technical performance is outstanding. It was created by three legendary master perfumers (Daphne Bugey, Frank Voelkl, and Bruno Jovanovic) who integrated a patented, sugar-derived fixative to give it serious longevity. The projection is deceptively strong—you might think it has faded, but others will catch your scent trail from several feet away. I’m giving it a 4-star rating because the ingredients and beast-mode performance are stellar., even if the traditional scent profile isn’t something I personally enjoy. It’s a very safe, clean every day signature scent for someone who likes a classic gentleman vibe or a traditional masculine scent.

This cologne smells so good. Bought this for my son’s birthday, it legit lasts all day and I still smell the cologne even after he’s put clothes in his hamper. It’s definitely worth the price!

Smell is too strong but I bought online.

This is a nice fragrance. It is more Suttle and manly smelling. It isn't to over powering but still lasts a long time. It has a leather, Woody scent with notes of ginger. It gives manly and clean smelling. A good option if you are in the market for a new fragrance.

This is a very unique scent form Boss. It has a powerful presence to it with the mix of leather and ginger. Initially it feels like a stronger scent but it mellows down into a pleasant fresh and invigorating one with a unique charm to it. It lasts all day and follows you room to room.

A great summer cologne. Beautiful bottle. Fresh, invigorating ginger that gradually adds woody notes, as well as the scent of leather. I also detect a bit of sea breeze. A very beautiful, stylish, masculine scent. Don't judge a scent by its appearance. It unfolds completely differently on the skin. It also lasts all day.
