It’s a bit of a challenge to find high quality leather sandals, but these checked every box. Took a day to break in as the heel straps were stiff at first. Comfortable, flexible and nice looking. Happy about the great tread on the bottom, too.
Wonderfully comfortable right out of the box as with all my Viscata shoe purchase. The leather is soft, the fit it perfect - like a shoe that belongs on a foot - and, for a simple style, it is a standout all the way around. I bought mine in white. Very pleased!
It’s like a different shoe. Bulky, heavy, thicker black rubber bottom, and the base of the show is much wider to the point that it’s just floppy on the average foot. The bottom edge where the leather is stitched to the footbed is so wide it changes the entire look of the sandal. The straps are loose and there is much gapping around the heel.
Love these, wish I could get them in other colors. So simply stylish and comfortable.
I gave 4 stars because they do not look good on my feet at all. However, the craftsmanship is outstanding. I wish they fit me nicely.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these shoes! Perfect all around shoe for summer. Comfy, super sparkly (I got the gold option), and go with everything. I know the single heel strap did not work for some other reviewers, but it fits great on me - I’ve walked quite a bit in these with no problems - so you’ll just have to try and see. Really great purchase. I’ll be back for more soon!

Unfortunately, you still haven’t put the perfect sandal back in inventory. The Menorquina WITH THE ANKLE STRAP, was the most perfect shoe ever!! The strap wasn’t binding, it wasn’t too thin with an awkward baby buckle, and you could wear them all day long through the stone streets of Europe with no problem. No break-in time was necessary. A couple of your competitors have come out with them now, but they just don’t compare. Please bring them back. They are greatly missed.
