Awful waste
I purchased two of these as Christmas keepsakes for my sons. I followed directions to make the recording and it did not work on either one even though I replaced the batteries that came with them. A great disappointment and waste of both my time and money. Cannot be returned although they were purchased as Christmas gifts!

Shipping and customer service
These were shipped separately I received three of the four and one of those was smashed to bits having been sent in a plastic bag. Have not heard back from anyone on replacing my missing and broken ornaments
