The sound is amazing, never such high quality with open earbuds.

Does not fit in my ear. One move and try are of. Sound is nice but the dact they fall out so easy I do not like them at all.

Two days ago - Video or audio playback stops multiple times a day for no apparent reason. - The volume for incoming calls CANNOT be adjusted. It is very, very, very quiet—actually uncomfortably quiet. When the phone rings, you can turn up the volume at that moment (even though it’s pointless), but no matter how high you set it, the volume reverts to being super quiet for the next call. It’s incredibly annoying. - When lying in bed, the headphones react to bare skin; i.e., if you’re lying down listening to something and lift your arm to touch your ear, the volume drops (on the left) or goes up (on the right). I owned AirPods 2 for about five years and NEVER experienced anything like this, even though I slept with them in hundreds of times. + Good fit for me. + Sound quality is VERY good—better than the AirPods 2; people I speak with say they can hear me much better.

I had these twice, the first one went for a warranty exchange because the sound may break but the connection doesn't loose. supposedly the intact headphones still have the same problem. Otherwise basic headphones with good sound of course. While waiting for the app support to come out, it's quite difficult to reset the earbuds.

Könnyű, jó a hangzás, egyszerű, jól néz ki, hallom a körülöttem levőket. Beszédre, chat-re, zoom-ra tökéletes Ami előfordult, de nem tudom megisméteni, hogy megnyitotta a apple music-ot, s keres nelkul elindult a zene. Illetve volt hogy megállt, egy beszéd hallgatas kozben, de nem tudtam egyenlőre megismetelni. Nem biztos hogy füles volt a hibás…

I am so clad I purchased these ear buds I have lots of other ear buds ,headphones including open type it’s like listening to a top of the range Hi fi 2 speaker system the sound quality is fantastic

Good sound, terrible to handle. Auto pause and other tap functions are incredibly annoying. The auto pause stops the sound when you chew or move your head to much. If you lay down on the headphone it starts to beep and if you hold it the wrong way when just quickly taking it out to talk to someone it changes other settings. If all these functions could be turned off in the app the headphones would be great...
