I was so excited to get the maple color but the bag had no tags, no wrapping, it looked used and yes there was a string of hair. Riduculous. Never gonna buy coach bags from here again.

With only one zipper and inside it has a tiny pocket. It is also lightweight to carry on as well as looking durable. This is my first Coach bag and it looks very promising, I love it!!!
