I wanted to give this wonderful little washing machine, five stars, and I can’t because the components that they chose to use for the drainage. System are more like toys than actual parts for a washing machine, which is a real shame because once I get the proper parts which I’m still working on, and I am not a mechanic this is a lovely washing machine to have an apartment it rolls in and out of my pantry on some wheels that I put it on top of a little dolly so I’m gonna have to contact them again and let them know that I’m still working on it because I live on the third floor and I’m not gonna send it back. Luckily it will be fixed at some point, but that I’ve had to go through all of this and Flood my kitchen several times while trying to figure out what I have to do to fix this is unacceptable. If they are not going to redesign and it’s such a simple thing too, my mind is blown that they are selling these in this condition. They should just take them off the market because I basically feel like I’ve been deceived.
