I love these pans. I got the 8" and the 10". I'm planning to keep the 8" pan for only eggs. They slide right out of the pan. Perfect omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs. Fantastic. The cleanup is a breeze, too. The 10" will be for sauted veggies, chicken, whatever. Also easy cleanup. The weight of the pans if great, too. Substantial, but not heavy. I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with nonstick so I knew this would be a hit for me. After using it I got thinking about this pan next to my other. Handle broken on one. These have stainless steel and rivets holding it to the pan. No broke handles here. Even cooking instead of the food better in certain spots. Its oven and dishwasher safe. Not to mention the strong stainless steel base to prevent cookware from warping!

Sturdy stainless steel handles using shiny hardware.. an induction anti warp base. You have a long lasting PTFE nonstick. It’s oven safe (up to 500 degrees) which allows you to finish food straight in the oven and dishwasher safe. The cleanup was so easy!

Very pleased with my purchase. All-Clad quality is the best. Using on gas stove. The 8” is great for eggs. The Stainless-steel base is heavy enough for even heat conduction. The handles p/grip is comfortable for my arthritic hands. Very easy to clean.
