Swanky Designs Willow Stud Shapes Earrings

Ordered two pairs of earrings on 3/28/26 and the items were NOT delivered within the 6 business as stated on the website. On Friday, I was finally given a delivery date of 4/13/26, when I checked on the order status on this date it had changed to 4/15/26. Today, I received a notification my package was delivered in Dumfries, Virginia but my delivery address is in Phoenix, Arizona which is the address on the order. I am totally dissatisfied with this entire experience and didn't even receive my order.

I even paid for two day shipping. The comment kept saying 3 to 6 days. I will never buy another piece of merchandise from this vendor at MACY's.

Did not receive earrings. As of today. Ordered 1 month ago.
