The North Face Men's Tri-Blend Mountain Days Short-Sleeve T-Shirt

The item shown in this photo is not what was delivered to me. I was provided a completely different shirt. I called customer service and was assured they had the pictured item in stock. The customer service representative encouraged me to order it again, which I did. I went all the way to a store again to pick the item up again only to find the wrong item was delivered…again. I will not fall for this a third time and will be returning the item. This has been VERY disappointing and frustrating. Either change the picture of the item or actually deliver the item pictured to customers that want it.

Like the other review, crazy, ordered this 3 times, EACH time sent wrong shirt. Ordered three times knowing the second and third times would be the charm, and the actual shirt shown on the site. NO SIR. Crazy. Alerted Macys each of 3 shirts shipped was incorrect, could not have cared less. Nice that return shipping is no charge to client, but lousy display and incorrect advertising and still not corrected.

Sent me a totally wrong style TNF T-Shirt, with an advertising slogan on the back. It also wastes my time as I have to return it either in store or to a carrier.
