Broken handle

I bought this in November and the handle hardware broke. The material of the bag is a little rigid and showed some bends but I loved the look and color of this purse. It just didn’t last long enough now it’s pretty much unusable.

Hardware Handle Issues

Don’t buy! Christmas gift to myself and the handle has already broken. Please note that I usually carry it by its long strap so there shouldn’t even be enough wear and tear for this.
