I received the fan on Sunday. I called black and decker and told them I had the pole that makes the fan adjustable. They asked me for information. I sent the pictures three times and yesterday they told me to call macys. I did and they were great they put in a claim and are trying to get the one piece that is missing. Ashley from Macys was amazing.
