GreenPan Apex Hybrid Ceramic Nonstick 10" Frypan

Exactly as advertised.

I had purchased the 8 inch pan previously. Was so impressed that I had to purchase the 10 inch pan as well. The only regret is that I did not purchase them as a set. Great heat distribution, easy to clean.

I bought three of them, hoping they would make cooking easier, but unfortunately, all of them have been a huge disappointment. Every time I cook, the food sticks to the pans, making it really frustrating to clean and ruining my meals. I honestly wish I could get my money back because these pans are just not worth it. If you’re thinking about buying them, I would strongly advise against it. It’s been such a letdown, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same hassle.

When I moved to an induction cooktop, I needed to replace my favorite 10-inch fry pan. This has done the job admirably well! It is easy to clean, heats evenly, and nothing sticks to it. (Be sure to clean any little black pieces that burn onto the pan as this will negatively affect the nonstick ability of the pan. If they stick, put soapy water in the pan and heat it, and it wipes clean.)

I have have two of these pans, one for a few months and one for a few weeks and I am very happy with them. They are far better than the nonstick pans before ceramic coating with the extra benefit of not poisoning you with every use. I have not experienced any diminishing of the non stick magic of these pans. Eggs didn’t stick the first time I used this pan and after frying 100 or more eggs they still don’t stick. I have to believe people leaving negative reviews have either abused their pan or they’re unnecessarily using a very high flame and maybe aren’t maintaining the pan properly so a residue of food or fat is getting baked onto the pan’s surface.

Initially, I was hesitant to buy this pan, as I was leaning towards the well-known brand. However, I decided to give The Green Pan a try, and I’m so glad I did! It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it—cleaning is incredibly easy, almost effortless!

I like the 8in size because it's perfect for cooking eggs. There is zero sticking with this pan and I mean zero, it's truly non-stick. A bonus, it's very lightweight and cleans effortlessly. It has become my favorite to cook with and now I need to get a larger one. If you're curious about it, don't hesitate because it's worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this pan for 3 weeks. Ow and I love it. Nothing sticks to it, a quick rinse and wipe and it is all clean. It feels heavier than it should be and holds heat really well. It’s the perfect size for my everyday general pan for all meals. After all my use, it still looks brand new. This is a fantastic addition to my cookware set and I can’t wait to see what else I can cook with it.
