I was searching for "women's size 13." I received children's size 13. In the meantime, I have not been given instructions on how to get a refund; where do I return them; or can I exchange them for women's size 13?
This is NOT a women’s size shoe. This is a girls (children) size 11 that fits into my palm. See photos for reference. This is 100% being returned and I can’t believe this hasn’t been corrected on the website, what a let down.
The description says women size 13, I was send a 13 in toddler size
Wrong size received! They are so cute BUT sent a child’s shoe
You shipped the child size instead of the adult size shoes. I will be returning this order.
