I am so disappointed the product hasn’t arrived

Good buy just not for my knee ，I ended up having to send this back ,but I’d still recommend it to the right person.it tucks perfectly into the space under a desk and you ’ve got the option to either work it yourself or let it run on its own .the trouble is l’ve got a bad knee and it was hurting after my very first time using it . I gave it a rest the next day and tried again ,but the same thing happened.I didn’t want to risk doing more damage since I ve already had my share of problems there ,so I returned it while it was still new .if your knees are in good ahape ,though,this would be and the price is hard to beat !

It sucked so bad didn’t even go fast enough never buying it again

I did not expect product had to be plugged into an outlet. Nor did I read in the description before I placed order
