Looks cute but not true to sixe

Extremely disappointed! They did not fit and there seems to be something wrong with the left boot. It sounds like a crinkling noise when I walked around trying them on. I did not realize there was a no return on this sale.

I've been buying these boots for a couple of years. They were previously Sun & Stone, this recent purchase shows as Style & Co. They run smaller than the S&S boots and they aren't nearly as comfortable to walk in. The heel on the S&S version made it feel like you were walking on a cushion. This was the appeal. Pretty disappointed in the change.

I got these boots on sale - I was looking for something cute but mainly serviceable as they are going to get a lot of use on a trip I'm about to take. They fit the bill: I think they'll take a lot of abuse because it appears to be entirely man-made materials. They are not "fancy" but they will work well with pants/skirts and bad weather conditions.
