Very stretchy. For reference, I am 5’7” 138lbs, slender and athletic, but had 4 children. I ordered a 25 and they were too big. Size down unless you want them to fall down during day or you like a very roomy fit.
Perfect fit
I can always count on Flying Monkey for a quality, good fitting jean. These are described as mid-rise but they sit higher on the waist than most mid-rise, which I love. They have a ton of stretch, so I am ordering another pair in one size down. I usually wear a 28 or 29 in this brand.
Got to know the brand after receiving a pair of jeans in my short story box shipment. Fit is great. Just the right amount of stretch. Washes well.
