Lights did not work. This is the 2nd tree this has happened to out of the box. Sent it back!

Very nice, looks great, and takes a very few minutes to set up.

Excellent size tree for on an end table. Easy to setup

We just set it up to make sure everything works. So far so good. We won't decorate it unit the end of September. It has plenty of time to settle and then we fluff it. Hoping it will fit into our spinner.

Seems like a great product at a great price, especially during Summer. To be honest we unpacked it to take a look but did not take the time to "fluff" all the branches. We have had other, similar trees and expect this one to be very nice when fully setup during the season.

You have thought of everything: bag, fluffing gloves, easy assembly!

Balsam Hill trees are the best! This is my second one and I am not disappointed.

The top section would not connect with the bottom. This is key for pre-lit tree. I call BH and they said they would do a replacement. Now we are holding our breath to see if the new one connects properly

Just purchased this 5 1/2 ft tree with a great summer sale. We’ve been thinking of getting a smaller tree but didn’t want to loose the quality of a smaller tree. Balsalm Hill never disappoints. We’ve purchased a few wreaths in the past and we’re so happy with the quality. I look forward to putting it up at Christmas time. You can’t go wrong with BH.

It looks terrific- I can’t wait to set it up in December!
