I tried returning the next day I received and they said without tag they cannot... Being a very long time customer to Macy's I never expected this as I've done few returns before and never faced this issue... I didn't like the bag.. it's too small...
This is a beautiful little bag. I like the flap on the front for my phone and the card slots and inside zipper pocket and the outside magnetic pocket. I knew the dimensions when I ordered it, but it is a stiffer leather and will make getting things in and out of the bag difficult. The blue denim color is lovely although I would call it Navy. I wish that the cross body strap was removable so that I could just use it as a wallet in a tote without having to deal with the strap. It would also be nice if it came with a wrist strap. That being said it is really cute and a great bag when you only need a few essentials and your phone. If Patricia Nash made this exact bag and increased the dimensions an inch in the width and height and depth all around it would be perfect! That of course would include making the phone pocket in front larger as well to accommodate today's larger phones.

Love this Patricia Nash crossbody purse. It's just the right size. Not large and bulky and not too small. I love the navy color...it's not a dark navy color. Nice long strap too.

This is a nice quality handbag but it is so small. This is more like of a wallet purse. My small wallet does not even fit. There is a slot in the back that barely even fits my iPhone 16 pro. Had to return because of this. Once you fill the inside the back pocket barely fits anything.
