Diamond Octagon Halo Cluster 18" Pendant Necklace (1/3 ct. t.w.) in Sterling Silver, Macy's Exclusive

How beautiful is this pendant? Love its brilliance, clarity, craftsmanship and shimmer.

This necklace is SO pretty. It shows up and is very sparkly. It is a few inches too long in the chain for me. I am petite and prefer a 15” or a 16” length chain. This chain should have had an extender on it. I might take the pendant and put it on a shorter chain of mine. I bought this in the store on a great sale price!! Macy’s jewelry sales are always epic around V-Day!

I bought this necklace around Christmas time, but Macy’s sent me a different necklace with lower carat (this one is 1/3 ct, the one I received is 1/4 ct (Diamond Teardrop Cluster 18" Pendant Necklace)). When I went to a store to return the necklace, the salesperson won’t take it. Later I found out that somehow in the system she marked it as a refund has been issued. Since then, I had at least 3 long phone calls with Macy’s customer service (each time I was put on long hold for multiple times, one call lasted almost 1 hour). Each phone call gave the impression that a refund has been issued and I just need to wait a few more days, I should receive a confirmation email as well. One representative even said that a refund had been issued and I didn’t need to return the item. It has been almost a month and I haven’t received any refund yet. Frankly, as a loyal customer for more than 15 years, I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed. The necklace was omitted from my order. The earring were very small not as depicted in photo.

If I could give this review a negative star, I definitely would. Not only did I receive the incorrect item the first time, I called and they made a replacement order, and I STILL received the wrong item!! Just ridiculous!

This necklace is versatile. The look compliments work, church or an after 5 event. Great quality as well.

Chain very thin my hook broke while I was trying to wear it on the very first day

The MACY'S webpage was useful for purchasing this as a HOME DELIVERY Christmas gift. While purchasing, I used the predicted delivery date as a tool to make sure I was at home to get the box off the porch before my wife beat me to it. I purchased on a Monday with expected delivery on a Saturday (Macy's pick). Great, I am home on Saturdays. Well, BOOM. Macy's OUTPERFORMED and delivered Wednesday. My wife brought the package into the house. Lucky for me... she saw all the MACY'S name plastered on the box and the tape that sealed the box... so, she paid attention to the addressee (ME) and didn't open the package. I hope she is surprised and happy on Christmas Day.
