Robe
I never received the item even though the USPS said they delivered it.

Disappointed in item
I found that it runs big for its size and this robe it's of lower quality than an expected. I was also disappointed when I realized it was the same item that could have been purchased elsewhere for less. It was the first time I have experienced this at Macy's.

Size down. I bought my usual size large; very large ; will return for a medium. Very nice quality fabric and I like that it is a bit longer than other robes I’ve purchased.

Zip front robe
I always wash new clothing especially intimate wear before using and this was not the quality that was expected from Macy’s. I would have returned it if it hadn’t been laundered. This item certainly didn’t hold it’s shape.

I ordered a M. The size I received was 14/16 and fit like an XXXL. .

Poor quality of material
cheap material. cheaply made. /very poor quality. Very surprised a Macy's product. All manufacturers are ing their clothing created as cheap as possible. Disregarding style and quality. More money in their products.

Way too big
It is wayyyyy too big and heavy. It might shrink if I washed it but I’m going to return it today. It looks like a house dress instead of a robe.
