Still have not received this order. So disgusted that I ordered these jackets on 2/12/26 for a 2/28/26 baby shower and still haven’t received them. On the app and when I ordered, delivery date was listed as 2/16/26. Now I can’t get the jackets monogrammed in time for the baby shower. Called customer service who apologized and gave 2/23/26 as the new delivery date.. Thanks for nothing Macy’s
