Country Life Chelated Magnesium Glycinate, 400 mg, 180 Tabs

After taking these more consistently, I have to begrudgingly admit that they really do work for decreasing restless legs and helping my sleep quality. I gradually worked my way up to two tablets each night, and that is about the most I can manage, I definitely would not want to take three. The tablets are extremely large and occasionally hurt my throat going down, even with plenty of water. That said, I recently tried magnesium from another brand, and the smell was so unpleasant that it gave me a new appreciation for these. Despite their size, these are just normal, odorless tablets without any strange smell or taste. I wish they were smaller, but they have been effective enough that I continue taking them.

I've just been taking these for a few weeks - switched from a different brand. Hoping my sleep will improve. I like that the products are in glass bottles instead of plastic!

This magnesium glycinate option exceeds all other brands. It comes in 180 pill supply and you really feel it working. Has a tremendous impact on sleep and anxiety.

The Tablets are large but have a coating that allows them to go down easily. I sleep much better and muscle cramps are almost gone. I definitely would recomend this product.

I’ve only used this magnesium glycinate for two nights, so it is too early for me to fairly judge its effectiveness. I noticed some improvement after the first night, but not the second. However, I’ve only been able to take about one-third of the recommended dose because the tablets are extremely large and difficult to swallow—they genuinely feel like horse pills. I’m going to keep trying and work toward the full recommended dose, but the tablet size is a major drawback. I wish the same dose were offered in smaller tablets, capsules, or another easier-to-take form. There has to be a more manageable way to formulate this product.

I like this product because it is easy on my stomach. I have been purchasing this product for many years and found it to be a good one.

Holy cow, these pills are HUGE! And a serving size is 3 pills. Definitely don’t try to swallow all three at once - these are the biggest supplement tablets I think I’ve ever had. They are easy on the stomach, haven’t had any upset as a result of taking them. They seem to do what they’re meant to do - I sleep better with them than without them. I’d recommend them, but if you struggle with swallowing pills, these are probably too big.

This has greatly improved my sleep and day to day function!
