Villeroy & Boch For Me Salad Plate

Arrived safely today. Well packaged, thank goodness! Recently broke 5 as they cascaded down a shelf on my 'arm'...could not stop it soon enough. A fav plate for many purposes at the table and in the fridge. They made an alarming clatter to have people come running expecting disaster. ended up with 5 intact...5 broken, shattered. Had to try to replace them, they are decades old and didn't look it after constant use. So hoped to find the same plate and received them but just a little different in the indentation style. I may decide to order more to have them matching but for now...just good to have these ever useful size and style plate at hand. How I managed to cause the cascade is a mystery!

Excellent and beautiful. Nice weight. Not too flimsy or too heavy. Wanted dishes not made in China. These are made in Germany. Love them!

Purchased to go with existing set. Like this range. Affordable and good for everyday use. Looks chic and clean.

The pictures show a plate with a rim, and they look bright white. The rim is almost non-existent. It is more of an illusion. Plus they are not the white white I was hoping for. I loved the mugs, but the plates I returned and searched for a more pure white set of plates.

Nice, light weight plates that would blend with others well.

Love these dishes. Modern elegance. Simple, beautiful dishes, feel great, smooth to the touch! One thing to note, they’re thinner than appear (but sturdy and solid) also theyre off white, not a pure white, just so you know.
