Villeroy & Boch For Me Shallow Serving Bowl, 9"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been searching for a large bowl that I can serve main dishes in that was not “heavy” to carry and this was the perfect bowl. I love it!! Because it has depth, juices don’t drip off. Very easy to handle and it feels very solid/sturdy but not heavy! Its neutral color matches any dinnerware set!

Great size for serving pasta or a salad for a large group. Whatever you want to use it for it’s a great size and not heavy. Great quality. Arrived quick and in perfect condition!

It is 15 inches in diameter and not 9 inches as in Macy’s description. Can be used for food for large get togethers or use it to display fruits and vegetables.

I ordered the serving bowl for Thanksgiving but unfortunately couldn’t make use of it. It arrived shattered. Whoever was in charge of packaging the item did an extremely poor job. The bowl came in a box with no bubbles or any sort of cushion to absorb the impact of handling. The box did not have any message to indicate “fragile” content.

This serving bowl is simple and beautifully made. It is very large- 15" in diameter, not 9". I'm looking forward to using it for family gatherings and parties. Very happy with the purchase.

Incorrect dimensions in the Item Details description. Says 9" diameter but the actual is about 20" diameter. Had to go through the hassle of returning it.

Villeroy &Boch quality..this is just more thicker than usual villeroy-boch porcelain and this piece is really big.. very big ..but amazing
