Snow globe cracked and empty upon receipt
I ordered 5 snow globes and one of them arrived cracked, the globe has very little fluid in it and the box was wet. I chatted online and the person was very helpful replacing the snow globe and said I would receive a return label for the cracked one within 24 hours. If I don’t return it I’ll be charged for both. It’s now been 24 hours and I’ve yet to receive the return label.
