Macy’sDisappoints: Used Products Sent to Customers
I’ve had two disappointing experiences with Macy’s. Recently, I received pants that were clearly used and covered in pet hair. This is unacceptable for a premium product. It’s evident they resold a returned item without proper cleaning. As a long-time customer, I’m disheartened by this decline in quality and trust. I urge fellow customers to be wary of receiving used products from Macy’s.
