Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered this in Orioles as a birthday gift for my brother and instead was sent Phillies. Now I not only have to return this item but also find a replacement gift very quickly for my brother. Sad part is it shipped fast too but you sent me the wrong team so this stinks. This appears to be an ongoing issue so something needs to be fixed! Very disappointed!
ordered Dodgers jacket got Baltimore???
Same thing happened to me. I added the Dodger jacket to my cart and paid but once paid the email confirmation showed a different team. I even called Macy customer support and gave them the item # for the Dodger jacket but I still got the wrong team. i give up. Now I have to return 2 jackets both the wrong team.
I ordered the LA Dodgers jacket 3 times and was shipped 3 different teams jackets but no Dodgers jacket.
I received this Orioles jacket instead of the LA Dodgers. Not once but twice. First order was online, second was in store, delivered. I reached out to Fantastics with no luck, now I’ll be contacting Macys.
