WHAT GIVES?

I ordered curtains a week ago (Wed Feb 11; it is now the 18th). Nothing has arrived yet, though I did get this email asking for my opinion. The messages you send say only that "it is on the way." Yet the FEDEX website does not recognize the tracking number that was provided. So to answer the question, "How are you finding the product?" the answer is, I don't.
