I have gluten intolerance. This really helps to avoid any GI upset if I eat something containing gluten: Chinese food or the occasional baked good. Doesn’t help really with stomach bloating if I eat something like a decent serving of pasta, but I shouldn’t eat that anyway with so many gluten free options!
V effective and fast acting. Just wish there was more than 60 in a bottle - doesn't go very far.
